2005 - 2006

December 2006 marked an exciting change for Craig with his first performance on land in Norway. A beautiful Christmas concert was held in Stavern Church in the southeast of the country.
Craig performed a number of songs including Jerusalem, Hallelujah and White Christmas and was accompanied by a superb 38 piece orchestra. The concert was a great success, and generated great reviews in Norwegian newspapers.

In March 2006 Craig traveled back out to Oslo to perform on M/S Color Fantasy. Craig spent the month there singing once again with the fantastic Joe After Trio. As with previous visits he performed in the Observation Lounge singing classic swing and jazz numbers. For this visit as with other visits Craig learned a number of new songs, classic American standards such as A Nightingale Sang, Almost Like Being In Love, They Can't Take That Away From Me, The Girl From Ipanema and Everytime We Say Goodbye are a welcome addition to Craigs set list.
In November Craig once again flew out to Norway to link up with the ship. As with his previous visits he sang with the Joe After Trio. During his month long stay as well as appearing every night in the observation lounge Craig also sang in the Cosmopolitan restaurant. The intimate atmosphere in the restaurant really brought the best out of him.

One of the highlights of 2005 came in September when Craig had the opportunity to perform in the Kings Of Swing show at the Forum Theatre in Billingham.
Backed by the fantastic Nelson Riddle Tribute Orchestra and directed by Greg Francis Craig performed such classic songs as Under My Skin, The Lady Is A Tramp, One More For The Road, The Way You Look Tonight, Mack The Knife, New York New York and My Way.
